Not a fan of ZZ so I mix the 64 oz V8 with the small bottle of clamato. But that's basically what I do. I add some cocktail onion juice and few drops of crab boil and some horseradish if I have some made.

Bloody Marys are so much better with gin. Discovered this some years ago...a match made in heaven.

Other than garnishes, I don't add much to Whiskey Willie's Bloody Mary mix. Some folks have highly touted Gator Blood, I think, here. I haven't tried it yet. Friend of mine likes one called Garden District, I think.

Hi, Garden District Bloody Marys is the brand you are looking for. My great Aunt Gladys' recipe who lived in the Garden District of new Orleans. Won't need any doctoring :0 Thanks for mentioning...we are a small local brand and appreciate any and all support.

Try adding oyster or clam juice, or start w/clamato juice and take from there.

Clamato picante rather than plain is tasty easy spicey starter. Add Worcheshire , lemon, celery salt, tobacco ,etc. to taste if needed.

Whiskey Willie's and Gator Blood are 1 and 1A in my book. They are both head and shoulders above Zing Zang. ZZ has too much of a celery taste, and it's a big turnoff to me.

I'll add some horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and a bit of a stout beer if I feel like opening one. And garnishes of course.
