A possible scenario would be similar to what happened in Israel back in October. Multiple coordinated violent attacks across wide geographic areas. Think of it- a few thousand of them acquire arms and if each one takes out just one American that’s several thousand dead. Of course, there’s estimated to be about 12 million of them. Just 1% of that is 120,000. Scary shite to think about.
Won’t happen. First of all, it’s tens of millions of people. By the time a deportation is attempted, the narrative will have changed to “look at evil conservatives rounding up people at gunpoint”.

It will cause mass civil unrest and chaos especially since some of the young men invaders could be well armed. A deportation attempt would probably lead to the civil war Dems want and it’ll be the Right who fired the first shot….which is also what they want.

These people are here to stay.
You’ve proven you only listen to singles or those songs palatable for radio. Stick to your classic rock radio station.

you can definitely hear noises and voices there at night that make the hair stand up on the back of your neck.

Which parts of the battlefield?

Were these like ghostly voices or people doing weird shite in the woods?

I very well may be wrong, but isn’t Chickamauga the largest battlefield land-wise?
Black Canyon of the Gunnison. It’s a National Park. I’m not sure if it closes during the winter.

Elaborate please. I’m curious.

Where is this quote from?
Has the possibility of him hiding in the house before committing the murders been mentioned?

That would explain how he was able to enter the house. Perhaps he was hiding in the house while everyone was out partying that night. It would answer the question of how he was able to enter the house after the DoorDash delivery- he actually entered beforehand.

ETA- Nevermind, I’m an idiot.
Hilarious. Paid for by Novo Nordisk….who coincidentally is coming out with a drug for obesity.
Why were there so few photos taken of the Confederate army on the march? I thought photography was pretty ubiquitous during the war.
In addition to the other recommendations, I would also try to find a gym that has a reverse hyper machine. It safely strengthens the posterior chain…emphasis on “safely”…while decompressing the spine. It was designed by a famous power lifter (Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell) to help treat his fellow powerlifters who were always herniating discs.

Been on two flights this morning with a layover in Atlanta. I’d say 90-95% of people on my flights and in the airport are maskless.

No masks required.

What about vax passports? Not sure if Portland ever did this.
What's the COVID situation like in Portland right now? Are places still requiring masks? Do you have to show vaccination proof to enter restaurants, bars, hotels, etc? Might have to be there end of April.

One or two shows. I don't THINK John ever did it live.

Correct- maybe a few times, but never with Frusciante.
Has anyone ever sold tickets on Ticketmaster? I bought tickets for a show on Ticketmaster, might not be able to go, and wonder what the deal is with reselling tickets on Ticketmaster.

Do they take a huge cut? Is it a pain in the arse?

Haha- I had a feeling such a comment was inevitable.

It's a long trail run across the Grand Canyon and back. Start at one rim (i.e. side) of the GC, run down to and across the bottom, run up the other side (i.e. rim). Then you turn around, run down to and across the bottom again, and up back to where you started. It's approximately 45 miles and 10,000 feet of elevation gain/loss).

No need to apologize baw. I can see why you thought that and it’s a valid point.

Right on, man. My bud saw them play tonight at the Fonda Theater in LA- only approx. 800 people there. Piano was brought out for Flea to play on Not The One. Someone came out to play bass as a stand-in for that song while Flea played piano. Hit up reddit and all social media for live clips. It was a pretty sick setlist and performance.

Heavy Wing and Whatchu Thinking are so good. Really like Here Ever After too.

No doubt. Here Every After is fricking badass. It immediately hooked me in on first listen. Watchu Thinking, She's a Lover, Bastards of Light, White Braids and Pillow Chair, Tangelo...all of them tickle my earhole.

I'm saying add 1 person to handle extra stuff that's in their songs already that they simply can't do with a 4 piece.

I feel ya- sorry- don’t know why I felt the need to inject my opinion haha. But yeah you’re right. I was thinking of personal experiences of shows where other bands do it unnecessarily.
quote:

Anyone think they will add a touring musician for their upcoming tour?

They added Josh towards the end of their second SA tour. They added brass and keys and stuff when they toured with Josh exclusively.

IMO, why mess with a good thing. To me adding keys and brass is unnecessary. To me a lot of bands add extra instruments when they run out of ideas to keep fans interested. 2nd guitar I could understand if it’s the right fit. The Stadium Arcadium was like touching heaven and there were no keys or brass. The four alone more than get the job done.

Just my opinion though.
If so, do you have any good training resources? I'm looking for a good training regimen, but haven't found much yet.

I dont understand why anyone would want to hike in a group larger than 4. The whole point is to get away from people.

I hike a lot, and I would be pissed if I ran into a 100+ person group on a trail. I purposely try to go when I think ill see the least amount of other people.

ETA: And frick people that play music while hiking. Trash.

Bingo. The whole point is to get away from people. Especially the ones who blast music. Unbelievable.
Not to mention mules and horses are the main form of transportation into and out of the Grand Canyon. A group of 135 assholes not only would essentially grind traffic down to a halt, it will also spook the animals and get people killed.

But by all means, carry on with your flash mob.

Wake up you fricking pussies

Wake up from what, dipshit?

It’s the Grand Canyon not the Vegas strip. It’s about having respect for the park, nature, and the people trying to enjoy the peace and quiet of it all.

It’s not like they are going there to tarnish the place.

You think these people are going to be stewards of Leave No Trace Principles? Yeah I’m sure they will be really mindful of stepping on sensitive plants or littering while they’re Facebook Live-streaming and making TikTok videos. Give me a break. Go back to the mall.
