Shocked and sad to hear of GG's passing.
She was a backbone of this board and always was cordial, inquisitive and knowledgeable. I believe she was the poster who introduced the board to Brenda Gant and her method of frying eggplant.
Very experienced with cooking gumbo and freely shared her knowledge on that subject. I will miss her on this board.
