Raw.
Cracked the egg and used the whites to make certain cocktails as mentioned by another poster in this thread.
Used the raw yolk to fill the squeezed lemon “cup”.
We’d shoot it right out the lemon “cup” and then drink our cocktails.

I’ll take the Guy Fieri stance on this one. The only way to eat an egg is if there is no other option. Maybe if it will save your mom or your firstborn son from certain death. Eggs are chicken periods. Hard boiled pass.

Fried in bacon grease over hard then laid on a bed of buttered grits. Any order following this.

And there is science behind it as he explained it.
Many many years ago, speakeasies did this to help coat the stomachs of drinkers so that they might consume more liquor before getting drunk. It slows down absorption into the blood stream supposedly.

I've known that eating a high-fat meal (say, like fried chicken) prior to alcohol consumption, will delay absorption/drunkeness. I didn't know about egg yolks, but now that I think about it, yolks are the fatty part of eggs, so it makes sense. I've just always associated the trick with deep fried foods.

Spanish-style. That is, fried in a generous amount of olive oil.

my favorites:

either fried or scrambled, then put on white bread with mayo, a slice of tomato and a sliced pickle - great sandwich

sunny side up put on top of a big scoop of white rice and mixed up - this is also great using a scoop of jambalaya

I'm on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. I could eat eggs every single day. I don't care how they're made.

They are made in the reproductive tracts of the girl chickens.

I usually go for butter instead of mayo, but yeah, fried egg, pepper jack, and bread toasted in a buttery skillet (pig meat optional), is a quality sandwich.
