Has anyone tried the Lunches at Calandro's on Perkins? They have Fried Catfish/or Fried Shrimp, Potato Salad, and Coleslaw or French Fries for $10.99 every Friday and I would like to try....

my favorites:
either fried or scrambled, then put on white bread with mayo, a slice of tomato and a sliced pickle - great sandwich
sunny side up put on top of a big scoop of white rice and mixed up - this is also great using a scoop of jambalaya

LDW&F has a recipe for [u]Sweet Potato Pecan Pie[/u] in their Seafood and Wild Game Cookbook (1985) - this is always 1 of the pies that has become a tradition at my home for the Holidays
