Ended up with 50 lbs of boiled shrimp
Crawfish cheese sauce—thicker than queso with the bread
Jambalaya
Seafood pasta with a creamy/cheese sauce filled with shrimp, crab, crawfish
Lots of chips and dips
Veggie and fruit trays
Open bar
Went from 5 to 1:30 am.
Still recovering today.
As far as the other comments, to each their own. All good.
