I'd probably go with Clown Shoes. Big fan of their barrel stuff and imperial stuff. Their IPAs are good as well for someone like me that's not much of a hop head.

Seriously. They are doing everything from DIPAs to barrel aged imperial porters to sours in fantastic fashion.

Founders: KBS, CBS, FBS, centennial, all day, redankulous, porter, bastard, imperial stout....I'd miss the ghosts/juicy beers of the world. But this is a good choice.
