Hypothetical: If there was 1 brewery you had to drink from your entire life, which would it be, and why?

It must be a brewery you've had at least 1 beer from before.

Excluding your own home breweries

While Parish will be the answer for most...give me Founders (barring I get access to their fresh releases)

KBS
FBS
Harvest Ale
Double Trouble
Backwoods
Porter
All Day

Would be fine with this rotation

Well then clearly, this thread has nothing to do with you.

For those of you that like beer, if you had to choose 1 brewery you would drink from, and hand unlimited capacity to all of their beers/styles, what would it be and why? The why is more referring to which beers of that brewery you prefer.

Probably Stone or Lagunitas, due to their quality, diversity and reasonable pricing.

I'm going Wicked Weed. I'm addicted to their sours, but they make some fantastic IPA's as well, and they have quite an open portfolio of styles.

Tough call. I'm going to say Sierra Nevada. They make a wide variety of beers, and almost all of it is good.

I went their Asheville brewery. Hard to beat fresh SN Pale Ale. So much more flavor than the last time i had a SN over here. Not to mention, that brewery is the coolest one i've ever been to.

Oskar Blues I think I could make it all year on Dales Pale Ale and Ten Fiddy.

Assuming I could get everything fresh and rare the stuff without hassle

Firestone Walker

which is odd because I barely ever buy anything from them now.

Damn that's a good call. 0.25 Sierra Nevada at bogie's during the drink exchange is what got me into hoppy beers

After much deliberation, I think I'd go with one of the more obvious choices and say Parish.

Assuming I could always have access to as much as I want. There are no shortage of legit answers though.
