I was reading the food list last night. There are a couple of options that I can't wait to try.

Fried Bread Pudding Poboy has won the last 2 years but my favorite was the BBQ oyster poboy from Red Fish grill.

I might have to work it...

It's a completely different experience behind the French Bread.

Recommendations, please!

I had the choice of this or lunch at Rocky and Carlo's. No contest for me.

Here for sure. You can sample all your favorite places for only a 4 or 5 bucks. I learned after the first year not to fill up on bread until after i get a good buzz. So i eat all the innards from the the places i really want to try b/c i already know how the bread taste.

There's almost too many that I want to eat. Looks like I'll be gorging myself come Sunday.

Some of the ones that I want to try. I highly recommend Boucherie to anyone that hasn't tried their festival poboys.
