This is what I was coming to say. I’ve made homemade lasagna once. It was ok. I’ve got work to do. But I’ll never turn down a frozen Stouffers. It’s just too easy.

You need a new recipe to make at home if you think that. None of the frozen lasagnas I've ever tried had anywhere close to as much meat and cheese as I put in mine and none of the sauces are as good. It's really not even close, IMO.

I can agree with that. Sausage, Trinity and Blue Runner beans is hard to beat for a quick good meal. The time consuming part is taken care of, a little doctoring up with what you want and 80% of the country wouldn’t know the difference.

Don't we all Dropper...don't we all. I got on that quest once for about a year. Fried almost every weekend, making changes. Never got it like the joints. Ended up with a great fried chicken in the end though.
