A few that I never see mentioned here, but I wouldn't call them completely under the radar as they receive love in other places:
Sante Adarius
Arizona Wilderness
Hudson Valley
Moonraker
Magnify
Equilibrium
Suarez Family Brewery
Voodoo Brewery
Sand City
3 Sons
Fremont
Kuhnhenn
Hangar 24
Abnormal (maybe not anymore after their brewer left?)
Some of those are probably a stretch as far as "world-class" goes, but they definitely make good stuff that's worth seeking out. I really racked my brain to try to think of a fair amount. Interestingly, most of them are in Cali or NY. Or right around there. Not sure how that happened.

I’ll add brouwerij west out of LA. Everything I have gotten from them has been very good.

I guess it depends on the definition of world class. Is it one great beer and 2 or 3 really good ones? Is it 3 great beers of all the same style? I think having a great ipa, Stout and sour would qualify but there are many other possible combos. One brewer I would say has potential to be world class is Blue Owl in Austin. They only do Sours but have 1 top 10 sour beers I've had and several that are really good.

Also, while I've only tried their beers at FOBAB, Destihl Brewery in Normal, Illinois does some world class stuff (including winners at the event). I'm not sure of their distribution though
We get plenty of Destihl beers here in BR. Unfortunately the hoppy ones have been turded by the time they're on shelves. The sours are still good though.

Lakefront brewery in Milwaukee, WI. I’m not sure it’s under the radar, but damn it’s good. I really want to go back and have their Marzen bier

I agree -- absolutely incredible stuff that I've had so far. I was supposed to go back in December, but couldn't work it into the schedule. I'll be heading that way in June and I'm basically counting the days.

I went to nightshift only because i saw so many of their beers in the FBD threads. Was a great stop while on vacation in Boston.
