Whatcha got? What beer(s) should we seek from this brewery?

I'll start. Ale Apothecary - Sahalie, TBFKA La Tache, and Ralph.

Fonta Flora - Morgantown NC, everyone should be able to enjoy their works class wild beers.

The taproom at Flying Tiger in Mecca puts out several excellent beers.

Central Waters - Amherst, Wisconsin

(but FBD folks are aware of it from me )

Also, while I've only tried their beers at FOBAB, Destihl Brewery in Normal, Illinois does some world class stuff (including winners at the event). I'm not sure of their distribution though.

I don’t know about world class, but I very much enjoyed my visit to Deep Ellum Brewing.

Community in Dallas has been very good to me. The mosaic drew me in but everything else I’ve had has been spot on. Even had a funnel cake, ale? Which was jam up

I don’t know if under the radar necessarily, but Bottle Logic is the best brewery I’ve ever been to.

Jackie Os makes some solid Hoppy Beers and their Barrel Aged line up is as good as it gets.

I agree with B52, I feel like spindletap has been getting a ton of love lately, and deservedly...but B52 puts out some equally solid IPA's and their sours are home runs.

Just currently too far out of the way for most people, but if you build it...they will come.

Destihl’s wild sour series and a couple of their other beers are available in Louisiana.
