Gumbo. It's god's food.

I like the way it tastes, but I don't eat breakfast or snacks so there's not really a place in my lunch/dinner-only life for cake.

I would give up king cake, crawfish, boudin, then gumbo, in that order.

Forgot Jambalaya. However, this is a tough scenario. What if you made boudin added crawfish then stuffed it into the King cake to have on the side with your gumbo? I cannot answer this question because it’s not going to happen.

Crawfish. I eat them once a year and I'm over it.

but that's the only shellfish I could live without.

I agree King cakes are cliché, but I still enjoy a piece of a good one.

In order of giving up:

Crawfish
Boudin
Gumbo
King Cake

Apparently it's a hot take here, but I love King Cake. I like boiled crawfish and all, but could live without them. If we were talking boiled crabs though...

Easy vote for King Cake. I love it for about 3 bites, then it's just too much sweetness. Then about 30 minutes later, my old guy stomach reminds me that I don't even need 3 bites.

I'd give up King Cake first

The 4 would rank like this. In terms of quickest I'd give up:

1. King Cake
2. Boudin
3. Crawfish
4. Gumbo
