Which would you choose, and why?

Personally, I would have to get rid of King Cake, I love it but could go without it.

Stale bread with cinnamon sugar won't be missed.

Yeah this one is pretty easy for me

Objectively speaking King Cake just isn't very good among the dessert world

King cake. I love it, but I'm not much of a sweets guy, and it's more seasonal than crawfish.

King Cake. I buy one every year thinking I'll eat it and I don't touch it.

I like the way it tastes, but I don't eat breakfast or snacks so there's not really a place in my lunch/dinner-only life for cake.

King cake. My life is fine without it. Gumbo and crawfish would be the most challenging to do without. (First world problem.)

Yep.

Last time I had some was a couple years ago when I brought some back from Louisiana and gave it to a friend.

King cake is terrible. I only eat it if someone brings one to work.

King cake

Because the vast majority of them are disgusting, overpriced, over sweetened cinnamon rolls.

Let’s make it interesting. You can only have one of the four. What do you keep?

I'd say crawfish

There are enough stews and soups that I can enjoy without gumbo

Honestly.. I don't even like crawfish in other dishes - crawfish etouffee, pasta, salad, etc. But I would have a damn hard time going without boiled crawfish during season.

Gumbo and boudin are very loved foods, but I could survive without them.

It’s between the 3. Ain’t nobody got time for King Cake. Crawfish, boudin or Gumbo? That’s tough. I’d probably pick boudin then sneak around and eat crawfish and gumbo.
