Porterhouse steak medium rare with grilled&fried shrimp, side of garlic mashed potatoes, bacon wrapped asparagus, fresh green beans cooked with onion, lobster mac and cheese, and a soft buttered roll. Of course that would come with a loaded side salad to start.

Thats all on one plate^

Rice & gravy.

Hearty enough to be filling. Light enough to be repetitive.

Fresh tuna or steak. I could prob think of some other stuff but I’m also factoring in that I don’t wanna be a big fatbody eating Mexican or Chinese food for the rest of my life.

El Tiempo Salmon fajitas with Poblano rice and refried beans.

But, more appropriately for the thread: pizza

That's tough to beat.

I'd have to go with a good hamburger steak with mushrooms and onions with gravy, mashed potatoes and some roasted corn.

I would say Salad. A salad can be pretty versatile and can be built/flavored/seasoned in pretty much any flavor combination you can think of. Steak, fish, or chicken pretty much any protein is on the table. Reasonably healthy. In for Salad.
