Thai ... only in the motherland. Not some busted arse restaurant in your neighborhood.
In the US ... Japanese maybe, because you could have plenty of fish and meat/veggies.

I'm always suprised there aren't more French restaurants in Nola. I can think of 5.

I love so many different foods that I can never decide. Good cajun is hard to beat, but my favorite thing in life is variety so i'm glad i don't have to choose just one.
