First day back full-time and I want to stock up on some healthy snack and drinks to have on hand here. I have my own fridge in my office to make things easier.

Any good suggestions?

I mostly avoid snacking, so I'm not much help there. I drink water and black coffee at the office, which I'd say are healthy.

Are you still eating regular meals as well? Or are you someone who prefers to graze all day in the place of meals?

If the former, make a big container of cucumber, red onion, and tomato salad with ponzu or balsamic or something low-cal like that and pick at it when you feel the urge to snack.

Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt is 80 cals and has a lot of protein if you want to keep some in the fridge as backup when you get hungry. Jell-O also makes sugar free cups that are like 5-10 calories. I like them a lot.

Nuts, snack bars, etc. are generally recommended healthy snacks but if you're still eating full meals it can pack the pounds on quickly to also be snacking on these things between them. I don't snack at all between meals and can't recommend it enough. It is, for me, the easiest way to keep my weight down and frees up your meal-time options more.

I eat this nearly every day with Italian. Never thought to put ponzu on it before. I have some in the fridge. Guess that's lunch tomorrow.

I usually eat regular meals but to cut down on unhealthy work lunches I wanted to have a few items here so I could eat and just stay at my desk and fight the temptation

Agreed. It's been a change I've recently implemented. These healthy snacks at work would take the place of a full lunch.

I don't really snack at work much, but I do keep a can of mixed nuts on my desk and will grab a handful every now and then.

All I drink at work is water.

I keep almonds and tuna packages in my desk for work snacks. The Bumble Bee Spicy Thai tuna is the tits.

It is way too expensive, but this is soooo good.

The bottom layer of the can is the tuna, and the top layer is like a bruschetta topping. I spread it on 2 slices of toast and then top with the fish, and it is so good.

I think it's a good practice to avoid snack bars no matter how healthy they are. Generally, I try to avoid any foods that are advertised as "snack" foods. Even if they throw "healthy" on the label.

Since you have a fridge in your office, keeping hummus or guacamole on hand should be easy. Eat with sliced bellpepper as your vehicle and it makes for a healthy snack.

Greek yogurt is great as others have pointed out.

Also, portion control, portion control, portion control. It doesn't matter how healthy the food is if you're eating 1000 calories worth while snacking. Nuts are a healthy food but are also a common source of excess calories being calorie dense and easy to eat.
