Makes sense. Trim Tab makes shitty beer. Should be perfect for you.
Well you're a real gem.

To the other poster, I think they had it at their brewery in the tasting room as kind of an experimental brew. One of my buddies said he tried it like that as well. Nola does a lot of experimental brews at their tap room, too.

+1, for me, it goes great with a summer bbq or crawfish boil in the spring.
It's perfect right after cutting the grass.

Did Abita quit making the grapefruit IPA and the Satsuma one? They don't list them on the website and the announcement for the blueberry one said it was the second in the harvest series.

I believe one or both of these is the winter harvest brew.

If you can't follow that conversation and see why I responded the way I did, I don't know what to tell you.

Hmmmm. And they didn't have it at the Calandro's on Perkins or the one on Government - two of the best stores in town to buy beer. That's surprising.

Bought some at Albertsons in Laffy. Not as good as Purple Haze. Better than any of their other fruit attempts. Will not buy again. Will not turn down if offered free.

I'm not afraid to admit that I enjoyed it. Easy drinker on a hot day. I like blueberry beers though. Nice change of pace. Will drink again.
