Go to Jungs Golden Dragon. Ask for yellow menu. Their term, not mine. Even the Americanized Chinese is awesome. The ma po tofu is fantastic

In addition to the great food, I miss being greeted by the manager. Always good for a smile.

IMO, Jung's has nosedived in the last year or so. Their standard menu is average at best. The "yellow menu" is no guarantee, either. They don't even carry gai lan regularly, and that used to be great with garlic.

Plus Dragon Lady has sort of lost her charm for me.

Havent been since Christmas day and rocked some peking duck. But have noticed in times before then some consistency issues.
