Fried bologna, eggs, and cheddar cheese on toast is an awesome breakfast item

I recently discovered this combo, and I’ve been eating it for breakfast pretty frequently. I never thought to put bologna on a breakfast sandwich, but my brother showed me this after he discovered them at a Kentucky gas station.
It’s amazing how good those combination of ingredients goes together.

Depends completely on the bologna. Make it at home with some high dollar German bologna from Publix or a good deli.. Check back in.
Sourdough toast ftw.

Frick you down voters. There is a Chevron station on 1st Ave. In Bham that does this with thick slice chub bologna, hoop cheese and Texas toast that is worth every cent of $4.99.. This man has found a soul/country food time travel hookup and you'll are crappin on it.

Jack's has fried bologna biscuits on occasion and I've seen them in lots of gas stations. Fried bologna and cheese sandwiches were common in my house growning up.
If you can find some Lebanon bologna, try that. It can be hard to find outside of Pennsylvania (made in Lebanon, PA), but it is very good -- more like summer sausage than bologna.

I see it at Lidl, both the sweet and original flavors.

Oscar Mayer Cotto Salami is a good substitute if you don't have bologna.

You can order a bologna poboy from savemore in baton rouge. Add bacon, eggs, cheese.
Thank me after.
I think an 18in poboy was 10 bucks last I checked
