You’re starting off good. The first thing you do when you get one is talk about it.

But wings

Didn’t they include a pamphlet or
Little book suggesting thinks to prepare in your new gadget?

Put it somewhere on the counter where it won’t take up space when you quit using it in a few weeks.

Wings, frozen tenders, leftover catfish, frozen or leftover fries etc.

Underrated things include salmon , pork tenderloins, thin pork chops, all kinds of vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant, green beans, etc. You can do French bread pizzas in them.

I’ve used mine for fries, chicken nuggets, wings, chicken breasts, burgers, and tilapia. I’ve even put in those Totino’s pizzas. It’s great for reheating things to get them crispy again.

reheating leftover pizza is the shizzle

you'll end up using it a lot once you perfect the recipe times and temps

It will make the best fried air you’ve ever eaten. Use a little Tony’s and set it on extra crispy.

One thing I did that works good is make a rack that can hold 2 skewers 3 or so inches above the bottom so I can air fry 8 or 10 pork chops (skewered vertically) at a time, or alternatively, place a wire (hardware cloth) square on top of the rack so I can air fry bacon wrapped chicken livers above and below (like 2 doz total) to speed things up. I also add a little water below the pan before preheating to help with clean up.

That's all I got.

corn dogs

They get crispy on the outside but still frozen in the middle. I like to put them in the microwave for a minute or so before crisping them in the air fryer to ensure the middle isn't a popsicle.

I made marinated chicken thighs, potato discs and asparagus in mine last night. All at the same time.

Some people love them and some don’t. I use ours nearly every day.

Cut up potatoes kinda small. Place in bag with either olive oil, ghee or melted butter. Add the seasoning of your choice(Ranch is interesting) then roast.
