I love a good Mac n cheese but I’ve never been able to make a good homemade one. Best mac I’ve had was social.

I like them all. There's something about them all together at one time that makes each extra specially good to me. A little bite of sweet potatoes followed by a bit of dressing or spinach or turkey with cranberry sauce or squash and sausage dressing.....

I made a turkey stock to use for gravy from roasted turkey wings. Simmered them in chicken stock with lots of onion, celery and a small bunch of thyme. I forgot to add parsley stems. I intentionally didn't add carrots because I didn't want too much sweetness. It reduced to a wonderful stock that really needs nothing added. I was going to thicken it a bit, but the flavor is so rich, I'm not going to fool with it. I can't wait to put some over my turkey and dressing.

Rice and gravy. My mom makes pork tenderloin and turkey grease gravy that’s amazing.

My mom makes a sweet potato casserole with this brown sugar pecan topping. It's the only time she makes it and I can't get enough of it.

A fork containing rotisserie turkey breast (injected and seasoned with Tony), cornbread dressing, and turkey gravy.

Toss-up between the fried turkey itself, and a good oyster dressing. And by good oyster dressing I mean one with LOTS of oysters and no ground beef, etc. acting as a filler.

The skin off the fried turkeys, cornbread dressing, and sweet potato casserole are the things that I think of. I’m a fan of pretty much all of it though

Our family does the shrimp one and the ground meat one. I like the shrimp fine, but I love the ground meat version with lots of gravy ladled on.

Thanksgiving food is my favorite meal of the year because my family can cook. No dry turkey or dressing here.

We’re only going to be four for Thanksgiving and I’m the only one who loves cornbread dressing so I’m omitting it. Gonna make a corn casserole or corn pudding that a co-worker used to bring to office potlucks, instead.
