Cornbread dressing is one of my favorite things but I have also made corn casserole/pudding that is good.

My work potluck claim to fame is cheesy corn though.

I really wanted to, and even looked up the recipe today, but just finished 6 hours of cooking everything else (we are doing thanksgiving away in a cabin) so I bought the homemade turkey gravy from Robért’s deli. I’ll mix my turkey drippings into it as well on Thursday.

We brine our turkeys and smoke them so its always so good.
Sweet potato casserole is great too.
Cornbread dressing is great.
We do a nice brussell sprout dish too.
But then again the brocolli/rice casserole is great.
I also love the homemade gravy on everything.
shite even the fresh baked rolls.

Welp. Thats my whole plate in 2 days.

I’m going to miss it this year-

Spinach casserole
Cottage cheese
Velveeta
Spinach
Eggs
Salt/pepper/garlic
Parmesan on top

May try and make a small pan tomorrow, but I knew it would be hard to transport

Used to be cornbread dressing and it's still a close second.

Here lately I love sweet potato casserole or whole arse yams. I frick those up the last 2-3 years and I never really ate it a ton before that. Weird how your taste changes as you get older.
