Domestic beer. When I was a kid, it was milk. Every now and then I still have a glass of milk with pizza and it freaks the wife out.

I love beer but rarely drink it while eating and seldom drink wine with pizza. My favorite pizza beverage is regular Coke. It is the only time I drink regular Coke.

I think it’s something about the acid in tomatoes that makes some of us crave milk after certain dishes. Pizza doesn’t trigger it for me, but chili and basic red spaghetti sauce do.

Ice cold Good People IPA is my absolute favorite, but also enjoy an ice cold Coors or High Life.

At home? Cold glass of milk. The pizza can be hot or next day breakfast pizza, it’s always going to be milk.
