I am going to a late potluck lunch. Bought some spring pea ravioli from Eataly and making a simple lemon butter sauce as my item.

My FIL wanted hamburgers, so we cooked hamburgers at his house. We going out for supper though, I've been having a hankering for some Chinese.

Smoked leg of lamb with minted pepper jelly, roasted potatoes, and minty mushy peas. Carrot cake later

Pretty simple and laidback Easter over here. Ham, red beans, rice, loaded mashed taters, corn bread, slaw and a cherry cobbler. Had ice cream for the cobbler. Made and delivered a couple of go boxes. Finally got a taste of the cobbler. :) Happy Easter, folks.

Way to go strong, even by yourself.

Hope you're doing well! Missing family especially on holidays sucks.

Thanks, L Boogie and KosmoCramer! Peeling leftover boiled crawfish was the hardest part, mostly because it’s hard to resist eating some while peeling.

smoked a ham in the offset, green beans, potato salad, mac and cheese, and deviled eggs...which over the past two days I’ve eaten about two dozen of them. the wife’s already frowning and complaining...told me to stick my arse out the window. lol.

i figure if it keeps up I’ll go out in a blaze of glory and break out the Dutch oven. then sign the divorce papers Tuesday during my lunch hour...
