I had a restaurant recently give me sunnyside up eggs as a mistake. I told them it is ok, I'd kinda always wanted to try them.

I didn't like them.

I like sunnyside, but a lot of places serve them before the whites have set, which is gross. I do sunnyside at home, but I put the lid on the pan with a couple droplets of water so the whites set quickly.

I like my scrambled eggs soft scrambled too. I hate large curd dry eggs.

Runny yolk is great.
Runny whites are pretty nasty.

With some good hot sauce too. So good.

Also a fried egg sandwich with mayo

I love runny yolks. Give me eggs over easy or soft boiled. I like a firm white but I’d rather have it a little on the runny side than overcooked. I don’t want a dry omelet; a little wet in the middle doesn’t bother me. And I don’t want dry scrambled eggs. Cook them on low heat and stir them rapidly so the curds are fine. If I’m making an egg sandwich then I crack two eggs in a pan and break the yolks with a toothpick so they spread out. Then I flip them as soon as the whites are set and take them off the heat so they finish in the residual heat in the pan and the yolks are still runny.

Well, I'm allergic to raw eggs, so I need it fried over hard. I don't care for scrambled.

Not crazy about runny whites, but I want the yolks as runny as possible.
