OP is a moron.
AMERICAN "cheese product" is atrocious and could be eradicated tomorrow for all I care.
MANY other excellent hard and soft cheeses out there.
Cheese is wonderful.
ETA: some "cooks" do tend to overuse (cheap American?) cheese in an effort to disguise their lack of culinary talent.

There used to be a place here that had a Moscow Ribeye. Ribeye topped with grilled onions and mozzarella. Say what you want but that was a damn fine steak.
