Cheese is overrated and often overused

It’s good when used at the right amount for example a slice on s cheese burger, but I hate it when it’s smothered on a dish or used to overcompensate for a mediocre entree. For example, if you need to put loads of cheese on your taco or burger to taste good then you’re a terrible cook.

Cheese is the least of the issue for fatness. It is all about eating tons of processed food and meals in a box, and not fresh meals. Super large portions, soda, sugar drinks in general.
Less activity to no activity, couches and beds. Sitting and laying for 10-14 hours a day.
