Exactly because you don’t need cheese on something cooked to good measure and quality.

So you're getting triggered over something you suggested happens, but you then admit never happens?

Also, cheese is fricking delicious and I'll meet anyone who suggests otherwise at Sonic to toss some bows.

I like cheese, but cheese doesn't belong on tacos* or fish sandwiches (looking at you, Ronald).

* Now, i have seen Mexicans put cheese on birria tacos and a little queso asadero or fresco can help hold the taco together while complimenting the flavor.

You will see cheese topping (blue usually Gorgonzola) offered for steak at most of the finest chophouses, it is used in a similar fashion to compound butters.

I know, but there is plenty to get that isn't, and I am talking about eating your entire daily intake of processed foods man. All meals and all their snacks. Sugar drinks play a huge role in the obesity issue.

Blue Cheese on a steak or burger can be killer when done right.

I'm not a big proponent of cheese all the time, but OP couldn't be more wrong.

I love cheese and a good blue cheese or gorgonzola on a steak or burger (with bacon) is delicious. I make a blue cheese butter for steak quite often. (I do not, however, want my steak smothered in crawfish etouffee. I don't even understand how that concept became popular.)

If I'm having pizza, I want it very cheesy. I want cheese in my stuffed baked potato and on my potatoes au gratin. I want cheese, preferably gruyere, in my potato and leek soup. I want cheese in my French Onion Soup. I love cheese.

P.S. The correct phrase is "case in point". Here's some information. LINK
