Someone brought me some Bougie Bologna. What do you put on your sandwiches?

Ciabatta bun, mayo, grilled onions, pepper jack cheese, lettuce and tomato.

Mayo. Kraft cheese. White bread. In a sandwich baggie for nostalgia purposes

White bread, cheddar, mayo and mustard. Dill pickles if I have them and in the mood. And sometimes I will fry the bologna up some too.
For a twist make an omelette with a couple slices.

Fried, cheddar, toast, your choice of condiments…mayo, mustard or both, unless you’re Mr. toof and then it’s just mustard. When it comes to a bologna sandwich, simple is best. That Bougie Bologna is pretty darn good. :)

Thick slice of bologna, bunny bread, french's mustard making a smiley face just like my MawMaw used to make it.
6.5 ounce coke in those little bottles.
Heaven.

This, and a little heavy on the mayo on both slices of bread. Simple, elegant, yummy

1/4 inch thick slice with Creole mustard and caramelized onions on a butter toasted bun.

Don't try and class up baloney. A slice or two between 2 pieces of day old white bread, mayo and American cheese product. That's it, that's all.

Two pieces, fried, with a slice of American or Velveeta cheese melted between them. Placed on white bread with mayo and mustard. Side of chips.
Toast the bread if you are feeling frisky.

No Bougie stuff sold here so can’t comment on that. White bread & mustard if I’m feeling nostalgic. Dress it on a poboy too with cheese.
For the fried bologna crowd, try searing mortadella next time. A nice sear leaves it tasting better.

If you really want to get the koolinary experience from balloney, fry off a slab on white bread with mayo mustard and a thick slice of ripe tomato +/- onions grilled or raw. Delicious. Oh the memories from my mamaws kitchen with pap’s garden fresh tomatoes!

Fried with yellow mustard, a cheddar cheese slice and grilled onions on honey wheat.

For bologna, all I need and desire is red pepper, regular yellow mustard, and Evangeline Maid bread.
Keep it simple.
