I never see much of a crowd or line at the Prairieville location. Tried it twice, didn't think it worth the price.

It's a good product, but service has been hit or miss at both locations. Don't think there's much management going on. Same kind of thing happened with Mooyah. We've gravitated more to Burgersmith or Shake Shack when we feel like getting a burger.

It’s good but the price is high. Probably doesn’t help having Chic Fil a, whataburger and McDonalds next door to you either. I think most people are choosing one of those over Atomic burger the majority of the time.

Once that Whataburger opened, I'm surprised it lasted that long
I love Atomic Burger having lived nearby there for a few years - best burgers and shakes within a large radius to Southdowns. Unfortunately, it was pricey and amongst other options.
I never go to the one on Veterans now living in NO area bc I never traverse that area of Vets.

I remember when Whataburger was being built, someone said Atomic Burger wouldn’t last and I thought it was a crazy claim. I was wrong. I never thought people would stop going there.

There's some great burgers out there, but there is a ceiling for how good a burger can be. Even an OK burger is usually pretty good. With so much competition there is only so much room for top-shelf burgers. My experience with Atomic (as previously mentioned) was good, but not great enough to overlook the price. For a family of 4 it was ruled out after the second try at the pleading of my son. Other son hated it both times and proclaimed it very greasy (he never complains about that)

This could be said for most days that end in "y" and the only part about this statement that isn't true on Sundays is the part about going through the Chic fil A line.
ETA: Not so fast my friend. There were cars in parking lot and a patron entering the restaurant when I drove by this afternoon.

Agree. It is like 5 guys in that it is a good burger but it is too expensive.

Not really surprised. I saw more people parking there and walking over the Chick Fil A than actually going into Atomic Burger.
They changed their fries and were just too pricey for what you were getting compared to nearby options.

We still get it on occasion. The 9 slider mix and match pack for $28 isn't too bad of a deal.

If true, I'm not surprised. Once the landscaping at that place became optional, it was only a matter of time.
