As you might imagine, we get asked this question a lot, “Why Bugs?” Whether you are looking for an alternative flour, clean protein, or looking into more sustainable ingredients then edible insects are a great option!

Crickets are a great source of protein, antioxidants, Omega-3s, Omega-6s, prebiotics, B12, and contain all the essential amino acids. Bugs like crickets use 20X less water, and use less feed and less land to create more protein…AMAZING!

Throw it in your smoothie. You won't even taste it.

Theyre trying hard to get people to trade meat for bugs. Isn't Flour plant based? Why all the promotion of bug shite?

It's kind of like in Snowpiercer, how the poor people in the back of the train had to eat those slimy protein bars made out of bugs.

Made out of rouches.

But honestly, if you would know what goes into some of this processed food, you wouldn't eat it.

I would too. I do have a weird block with "unusual" ingredients. I can eat the final product knowing what is in it but I just can cook with it then eat it. It is like tripe and certain other organ meats I am fine to eat it if it is cooked for me but if I cook it I can not stomach it.

We usually throw out the flour if there are bugs in it. What if bugs get into the cricket flour?

I'm not eating bugs. I promise you the self-appointed "elites" won't be eating bugs. It's just for pleb control.

why not?

I've had roasted crickets. They tasted fine.

Bugs seems like an obvious food source that we have ignored in modern times.

I prefer to use crickets to obtain fish. Fish are high in omegas and proteins too and use less land.

Ok Soymon, you go eat crickets for a year and I’ll go to Gonzo Smokehouse and order myself a pound of brisket a day and we’ll compare bodies after that time frame.
