We started with Gorgonzola truffles with honey and bacon fat sauteed pecans

Next was a wedge salad with a balsamic drizzle and fried capers

The main course was a Prime NY Strip with caramelized shallot & blue cheese compound butter with creamed spinach and Gratin Dauphinois

Dessert was a Grand Marnier creme brulee

And finally, our after dinner drink

Wow. I saw the first course and was like.. Ok well none will top gorgonzola. Then it was a wedge (my favorite salad). Then proceeded to say the same about the rest.

That's an awesome lineup of food.

I'm not gay, but if you are I would be willing to make exceptions. That looks damn good.

Nice countertops. My wife has been nagging me about some quartz countertops she wants that look just like yours.

Food looks fantastic too

Looks delicious! I couldn't eat all of that, so I'd have to enjoy that meal at least twice!!
