I have 4 racks racks of ribs, some wild hog sausage, mac and cheese, cold slaw, and potato salad. Unfortunately, I have to work on Monday which means it will be an early night.

Then grab some buns, Nathan's Hot dogs, relish, chili, and cheese, chips and a watermelon.

He'll have it just in case his plan is s***, and if you don't use it all of those things store well

I’m doing a mix of things:
St. Louis ribs. Rub is salt mustard and rib rub by the shed in Mississippi …trust me. Add extra sugar during the wrap.
Made a tabouleh salad. Surprisingly easy and super clean and tasty.
Going to make a roasted tomato and beet salad on yogurt sauce.
Just feeling Mediterranean I guess.
Classic Buffalo chicken wings.

We are throwing a 3rd of July party today.

I smoked two pork shoulder. About to toss a ton of sausage on the grill.

Stations for hot dogs, pulled pork sliders, and pork nachos.

Chili, baked beans, garlic sour cream dip, my wife’s incredible shrimp orzo salad.

People are bringing all kinds of other dishes as well. It’s going to be a great day celebrating America early!

Season with Honey Hot BBQ from MeatChurch

I really like this rub, but found it needs a little salt added to it.

I watch Matt Pittman's YouTube videos and he described Honey Hog as having just a little heat, I tried it out and its got some legit heat to it. I like it but when I'm cooking for a group I don't get to heavy on that one.

I've got a pork butt and some BBQ beans on the smoker for tomorrow's meal.

I’m going to grill some country style pork fingers, chicken legs, cheddar and jalapeño sausage, corn on the cob, make some baked beans, tater salad and garlic bread for supper tomorrow night. Got a watermelon chilling in the fridge for dessert.
