I dont think it will be enough but does no one remember 2020?

Naw fam, I'm with ya. Trump will win the day, but lose the election over the next week as votes continue to magically appear.

Are you sure you are the only one?
Posted on 11/5/24 at 9:27 am to goldennugget
yes. There are like 350 million people in this country and YOU are the only one that thinks Dems will try to cheat today.

Only in deep blue areas like major cities. Same ones that take days and weeks to count votes.

Trying to cheat and being successful at cheating are two different things. Of course they're going to try.

70% of the country thinks they cheat.
You’re not alone.
You’re not alone.

I view it as a toss up with Trump momentum.
I don't trust the system, and I don't trust the people. Which gives me minimal confidence.
I won't be shocked if the narrative tonight is the "quiet surge of women post-Dobbs" or it's an aghast "this is the most hypermasculine, arguably violent outpouring of male rage we've seen in a generation in an election, it's just a very, very dark expression of sentiment in this country."

The ONLY questions are:
a) will we catch and stop enough of it
b) will it be enough

They will try for sure, but the combination of heavier R turnout, lower D turnout for a tepid candidate, and no COVID/less mail-in votes is too much for a steal without making it too obvious.

Everybody thinks THEY will CHEAT.
There is nothing to be done about it now other than to trust that people who also think they will cheat will turn out to vote for Trump.
There are enough votes to win, cheating or not. Apathy is the threat to democracy, cheating has always been a factor.

Here’s the problem for them: If you’re going to cheat you better be damned sure you’re going to win. Because if Trump wins there will be investigations and prosecutions. This year, they lack the confidence that they can pull it off.

You’re not the only one. I’m optimistic but I do firmly believe they will cheat again.

They will, they always have. However, there are simply some major differences this time that have been obvious for quite a while.
It's completely obvious that they will not be able to manufacture enough votes to steal it in the way they did last time. Far too many things against them at this point. The framework was in place if it was tight, but it won't be.
So, in this case, if they choose to steal it, they will be choosing to go fully fascist and I don't believe they have the infrastructure in place yet to even try that.
He's going to win. The question now is what they do after he wins.

There isn't enough DEM enthusiasm of real voters to cheat.
Now, if you believe in the outright fraud like Dominion voting changing votes, then anything is possible. This election should kill that CT outright.
Then the discussion is narrowed to possible chicanery or cheating.

In 2020 all they had to was focus on 5 cities, Philly, ATL, Detroit, Milwaukee, & Phoenix. Once they cheated in those 5 cities it gave them what they needed to win. I pray they are watching all 5 close as it is crucial to win this.

How in the world did you come to that conclusion?
