No bigger than Texas and other SEC teams saying they won’t schedule good out of conference games because they didn’t make the playoffs.

If you believe BYU played a tougher schedule than Oklahoma, Georgia, Tennessee, and Missouri… Well, then bless your heart I guess.

If a 3 loss team gets in, it will be Bama. And not even Bama is getting in.
So is he on the hot seat in Bama then?

Completely true as long as you believe Bama is 98.5 percent assured to beat UGA this weekend.
Yeah. That statement was the most absurd and insincere statement made all night by anyone. It’s like saying we’ve made up our mind and have to find any excuse to justify it.

Just say you feel Bama is better and deal with the feedback. That statement made them look manipulative.

The SEC should make the Committee fess up.

The committee chair was asked this tonight during the playoff show. He clearly said that if Bama loses all bets are off the table. They will reevaluate their position after the conference championship games.

My guess is how does Bama look against UGA if they do end up losing. That will determine part of it.

In the end, I think all SEC fans have to pull for Texas Tech.

How can they get screwed out of something they never earned or had?

Texas played a Top5 team in every quadrant of their schedule.

And you lost almost half of them.
You only beat 3 teams with a winning record all year.. that’s it. 3 bowl eligible teams.

You beat 3 teams with 10 losses each and one with 9 losses. Almost FORTY loses with just 4 teams.

Then you had to go to overtime TWICE to beat a couple of 7 loss teams.

Then to top it off, you lost to an 8 loss team.

Your schedule is weak, not strong. It isn’t helping you like Texas fans seem to think it is.

You don’t get brownie points for losing to UGA and OSU. Nor do you get points for beating 4 teams with 40 losses.

I’ve been trash talking and kidding a lot with Tex’s and Bama fans. But this post is sincere.

It isn’t Texas fault that Arkie had such a bad year or their OOC opponents ended up so weak. That’s just how it turned out.

But your SOS is hurting you and your Jeckle and Hyde performance has hurt you.

I think the committee raises ND above OU this week in ‘preparation’ for this, siting OU offensive struggles, and ND’s ‘complete performance’. Watch…

This is what to look for. If this happens, tomfoolery has commenced and the committee can not be trusted.

… for real though.

Maybe the playoff committee should take that into account like they did with FSU and keep OU out considering the circumstances of his ability’s (or lack there of).

He’s so good, even injured with one hand tied behind his back, he can even beat their favorite child, Alabama, if he just gets to practice.

That’s the only reason Texas escaped. No practice leading up to that game.

Personally, I think he should have just used his left hand and scored 50 on Texas.

Yep! He’s still injured!

… and still is only the second QB to throw for over 300 yards against that LSU defense. And won the game.
Hats off to the young man!

Did not Texas wax your arse? Oh, and you are welcome for all the fumbles and interceptions last month

They got lucky and got to play us with an injured QB who didn’t get to practice a single snap the two weeks before that game. And they’re welcome for the interceptions during that game as a result.

The interceptions in the OU/Bama game though? Well, Bama just got worked. Their QB hasn’t missed a snap of practice or been injured all year. Still got picked and punked all night.
Well, the precedent has been set. As wrong as it is.

But unless you want to brazenly display your SEC bias, they have to allow someone else into the playoffs other than Ole Miss. How can you justify FSU out for an SEC team and not do the same when an SEC school loses much more than one player?

Texas would be in without the OSU game.

No one believes this but Texas fans.

You can pretend Florida didn’t happen and that your OT wins over teams like Miss St and Kentucky, who was curb stomped by a sorry Louisville team, don’t matter if you want. But that doesn’t really serve you any good in the long term.

You didn’t have a playoff worthy year.

James Franklin on ESPN game day after being fired: “I don’t know anything else. I don’t have hobbies. I don’t hunt or golf or fish”

Most of these guys are all driven to be honest. Well, except for Freeze who golfed every weekend.

They should fire whoever made that contact. He was never worth that. Ever.

No. That’s what Mizzou is for.

Arkansas is there so you guys don’t realize it and leave the conference.

But I just let the cat out of the bag. Sorry everyone.
