Some have suggested a "One Call, That's All" list of places to eat when TD folks go to the beach.

Here is a listing of places where we have eaten, or at least driven past while on the beach.

Your comments and additions are welcomed/appreciated. If you know any that are not listed (like a pizza place, Mexican, Italian, Cajun, bla, bla, bla), add in the comments and I will add it to the lsit. If this works, we could probably get a list that works when someone asks for help when they go to the beach.

Panini Pete's is good in Fairhope. Ate there for the first time a year or two ago. There's also a good ice cream place nearby that I can't recall the name of, but we usually park in downtown Fairhope and walk around, find a spot to eat, and then take the kids over for ice cream.

2 places I'd add, though neither are anything to write home about.

Behind the Pines
In front of the Beach Club is a little food truck set up. I've only had a burger from one of them and ice cream from another. There's a BBQ one as well.

This past weekend, we went to orange beach (3 adults, 6 kids):

Dinner at Cactus Cantina on Perdido Beach Blvd in Orange Beach - thought the food was good and very well priced considering how expensive other places can be. Margaritas were decent.

Dinner at Island Wing Company in Gulf Shores, on 59 close to Foley - it was very meh. Lots of choices for the kids. All of their stuff is baked, not fried, which is interesting.

Lunch at Sunliner Diner - Gulf Shores - fun little place. Burgers were huge - me and the wife could have split one. Milkshakes were good but pricey - $7 for a regular one and close to $11 for a specialty one... and they weren't very big.

We tried to go to Moe's BBQ - but it was takeout only, the line was super long and not really moving well, so we didn't stay.

Sat Morning i picked up donuts from City Donuts... I was just looking for some glaze, but this was a place with a lot of fancy donuts.

Add Anchor Bar to the Orange Beach list. It’s one of my favorite places to eat whenever we’re down that way. It’s on the bayside, and has a nice view for dinner and drinks.

For those that are from BR, the menu reminds me of the Overpass Merchant’s beach cousin. Small menu full of upscale bar food, but they do everything really well.

I'm a big fan of Lunas in Orange Beach, although I'm a pretty big beer nerd so their huge tap selection plays into that a good bit

Fin and Fork is permanently closed at that location. They’re moving to Pensacola.

I appreciate this list of all restaurants in the area.

Can someone point me to the best (3) options near The Beach Club, which is West of Gulf Shores

Fresh Off the Boat is a new restaurant in OB. It’s in the same building as Lagniappe, used to be called Salt. It overlooks the marina, has patio seating as well.

It’s a good casual spot

Doing Dauphin Island for a long weekend next week. Never been but I hear it's very low-key (plus it's before the tunnel).

Anything stand out from the limited restaurant/bar options?
