I’m almost positive I know that guy through a group I used to attend. Would rather not say more. If it’s who I’m thinking, he got in trouble for something involving children about 4 years ago. The name doesn’t seem to be what I remember, but I recognize the face amd only knew his first name. He had been clean and sober when I knew him but that apparently changed. I’m not 100% sure, but reasonably confident. Someone that knows how to check backgrounds could provide information if I’m corrrct or not.

I was just responding to the prior poster about why it was 1st degree. I know everyone knew nonconsensual oral is rape. That combined with age made this 1st degree.
