These questions are pointless but Kyle makes this look dumber than he is

Where did you get that idea? I've barely commented on the trial, or the case since it initially happened. I think it's pretty clear one of the shootings(the last one) was self defense and he'll be acquitted on that one. I don't have a strong opinion either way on the other two, but think he'll be acquitted on both.

Don't take my lack of sympathy for Kyle as thinking he's guilty of murder.

The GPS questioning was hilarious.

Were there road closures due to construction? Um, no, rioting.

They don’t really other than having the defendant himself admit it.

Did he admit that he knew the law and disobeyed it or that he simply admitted he had the style of gun in question (that the video already clearly showed)?

Apparently only Kyle needed to go home because of the curfew. I'm sure on that night Binger thought it was fine people were out there rioting.

KR needs to try to say less. Be less expansive whenever possible.

Similar to an IRS audit, answer, but say as little as possible.

It just rarely serves you well.

My daddy used to say "you judge a horse by his past performances." You're a known commodity.

No. He just admitted to enough facts for a guilty verdict on the misdemeanor charge, which I don’t think they are really disputing. It appears he misunderstood the law on possession based on past experience and conversation with law enforcement.

The Jury is going to find him innocent of that charge because they charged him as an adult and they don't like the Prosecutors.

"Are you familiar with hollow points?"

"And are you familiar that Full Metal Jacket is a movie?"

"And are you aware that guns are in that movie?"

"And do you know that there are bullets called hollow points that they might use in that movie?"

This prosecutor is literally r/politics personified

Smug, entitled, condescending, “educated”… but a completely ignorant a-hole who focuses on emotion rather than logic

100% he takes photos with mouse agape

It won’t be because they charged him as an adult. From my limited understanding, Wisconsin, by law, charges 17 and up as adults.
