Why would his Defense team allow that???????
They have completely dunked on the Prosecution. Its an easy acquittal.
Him being on the stand is a colossal mistake.

Why are they doing this? The defense has basically been perfect so far. I wouldn’t take the stand if I were him

Yeah, I'm not sure I understand the thinking behind this decision. But, I'm no trial lawyer, so maybe there is some upside to this that I'm not seeing.

My guess is the defense team has advised against it. But, it’s ultimately the defendant’s decision. I agree it’s a mistake.

Agree. Nothing good can come from putting an 18 year old criminal defendant on the stand!!! Prosecution SUX in this case but they're still so much smarter than an 18 year old..
