He's a white male who's not a progressive.

By default that makes him racist. And the rest of us racist as well.

Sucks!
I've found the same thing.
I wonder how it affects folks who can't afford it?

Restaurant prices aren’t as bad as grocery prices, sure they have definitely gone up, but if you go to a chain restaurant happy hour from 4-7, you can still get good drinks and food way less than what you pay for at the grocery store.

Eating out has finally gotten cheaper than cooking at home.

What about 2016-2019?

You know, before the left pushed covid hysteria on the economy

Food stamps got a 25% boost, did anyone here get a 25% boost on their wageslave check?

Wonder what the breaking point will be. Probably none.

Gotta learn how to shop "in these times". Plan your meals around what's on sale instead of just buying the $10 select strip steaks. Also buy in bulk when you see a good price.

I have nothing to base this on but I doubt these grocery prices will ease up for at least a couple of years once supply chains, workers, etc., cycles back to normal.

Leftist take on the op.
Contact solution? Why don't you just wear glasses to save money?

Food prices at restaurants will be going up, but right now they have a shortage of geaux boxes, napkins, utensils, etc. This per 2 waiters at 2 different restaurants. One said their staff is receiving training in how to respond to complaints about those anticipated price increases. Store mgr this morning at Albertson said Nov. & Dec. ongoing will be really bad for prices & inventory.
