Traffic is bumper to bumper on the northbound side of the interstate. It’s an absolute shame Louisiana didn’t implement contraflow and use the infrastructure that is designed for THIS PURPOSE!

That's not happening. Generally, parish facilities send their inmates to Hunt and Angola during these events. Under no circumstance would they evacuate maximum security offenders to Ruston.
