No, that’s really not how it works. For unskilled work, for instance, you can really only pay so much. There has to be a stop point, you can’t just keep going up on wages for unskilled work. And when you do go up, you have to raise prices for your goods or services in order to continue to meet your margins. Many small businesses don’t operate at some huge profit.

There’s still time to delete this before you confirm what most of us already thought about you.

Honest question: Didn't Louisiana stop accepting increased federal unemployment benefits? I thought we were back down to our "among the lowest in the nation" benefits, or am I misremembering?
