I heard on the news this morning that many Americans who are telling the government and their employers to pound sand on forced vaccination may have a more difficult time doing so.

Today many Americans are telling the various authorities who are demanding they be vaccinated that the vaccines are not FDA approved and still considered experimental. Well, the local news said that Pfizer’s vaccine will be officially FDA approved in the next few months and then all hell breaks loose when your employer says the vaccine is FDA approved and mandatory for employment.

I guess if the FDA approves a drug I’m suddenly supposed to trust the federal government now. Do you see what happens when corrupt and unethical people who are entrenched throughout our federal government destroy tens of millions of Americans faith in our government and it’s related agencies and institutions?

THEY DON’t TRUST THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ANY LONGER!

Whereas pharmaceutical companies that manufacture EUA vaccines have been protected from liability related to injuries or deaths caused by experimental agents since the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act10 was enacted in 2005, companies and all other institutions or individuals who mandate experimental vaccines on any human being are not protected from liability.

Legal smeagle the laws no longer matter in this country.

If they can steal an election (and looks like CA is about to get stolen as well) then we stopped being a country with the rule of law.

I will consider getting vaccinated when the FDA gives full approval to one or more of the vaccines.
At that point there should be enough data and review of that data to determine the overall safety of the vaccines.

What makes you feel confident that you will know about all such data?

Some of the puchback is having an effect. Cancelling 500 flights based on 'weather' when there is no severe weather domestically is being seen for what it really is - airline employees pushing back, air and ground crews, and pilots.

And the passengers left holding the bag will soon demand that these silly mandates die.

Spirit, American Cancel Hundreds of Flights Amid Staffing Shortage

at least 800 flights were canceled into or out of the US on Tuesday afternoon. American canceled 288 flights, or about 9% of its schedule today, 563 Monday flights, and 300 Sunday flights. Spirit canceled 347 flights, or about 50% of all flights Tuesday, after canceling 42% of its Monday flights due to weather and what eventually transpired into "operational challenges."

Eh, I don't think they will force the vaccination but they could probably, legally make it difficult for you to work without being vaccinated...

I think the AG in AL laid out yesterday that employers could require vaccinations OR other measures like testing and wearing masks if not vaccinated...

That is correct. But in many states, employers can fire at their discretion.

So that doesn't mean your body and employer had to employ you.

You have a choice. Work for someone else or get the vaccine if the employer mandates it.

Yes and they can currently fire you for refusing. This has already been affirmed by the courts.

That may happen, but if enough people refuse the vaccine, it'll bite a lot of those companies hard.

A lot of places are having a hard time filling open positions. Creating more open positions by firing employees won't help.

The point is the individual will have to make a choice. Vaccine? Employment? Let’s just say our Corporatocracy is becoming more authoritarian with a Marxist influence.

I would not be surprised to see OSHA making some rules concerning this type of thing that could put pressure on employers as well...

Some employers have a marxist influence... others might be being pushed by their insurance and even others might see the writing on the wall concerning government regulation and are trying to get a policy in place to stay ahead of it and keep operating...

Not saying I agree with any of it...

I've asked this question in another thread but haven't received an answer --

Has the FDA ever approved a drug for non-Emergency use while simultaneously allowing the drug manufacturers to retain complete immunity from any and all side effects (including death) where they are unable to tell the public what those side effects (long or short term) are?

And, is there anyone stupid enough to believe that these manufacturers will not pull these "vaccines" from the market if they are not given and retain complete f*cking immunity?

Of course, that's a question that everyone who took the "vaccine" should be asking themselves, i.e., WHY IN THE F*CK DID I TAKE AN EXPERIMENTAL DRUG WITHOUT HAVING THE FIRST F*CKING CLUE OF THE SIDE EFFECTS AND, MORE IMPORTANTLY, WHERE EVERYONE INVOLVED HAS COMPLETE F*CKING IMMUNITY??? Add to that the fact that the disease itself has a 99.99% survival rate. This isn't like some Anthrax disease where if you don't take SOMETHING you're going to die anyway -- which is what the PREP Act is all about.

If my employer requires that I take this experimental drug, I will say, "Sure, as soon as the CEO signs this liability form making the company liable for any side effects (or my death) as a result of my taking this experimental drug. The side effects include blood clotting, heart inflammation, death, or any other health issue that we are currently unaware of, NOW OR IN THE FUTURE."

Dice rolling.

If you're a degreed professional, they believe they will have no issue firing you immediately and hiring a suitable replacement quickly.

Just got the email yesterday from HR.

"If you're not vaccinated, get with HR and work through it".

In 2 weeks it's a requirement.
