Yes it will be legal because you can always find another job

Just got the email yesterday from HR.
"If you're not vaccinated, get with HR and work through it".
In 2 weeks it's a requirement.
If this is all you have, they're definitely being wishy-washy. Sounds like someone in legal cautioned them from issuing an all-out ORDER. It sounds like they're making it mandatory but they aren't saying it. "Get with HR and work through it"? Yeah, they understand the potential legal liability they will be incurring if they actually FORCE you to take it or risk using your job.
Ask them to put in writing that if you don't take this experimental drug then you will be fired.
Watch them squirm their way through that.

I've asked this question in another thread but haven't received an answer -- Has the FDA ever approved a drug for non-Emergency use while simultaneously allowing the drug manufacturers to retain complete immunity from any and all side effects (including death) where they are unable to tell the public what those side effects (long or short term) are? And, is there anyone stupid enough to believe that these manufacturers will not pull these "vaccines" from the market if they are not given and retain complete f*cking immunity? Of course, that's a question that everyone who took the "vaccine" should be asking themselves, i.e., WHY IN THE F*CK DID I TAKE AN EXPERIMENTAL DRUG WITHOUT HAVING THE FIRST F*CKING CLUE OF THE SIDE EFFECTS AND, MORE IMPORTANTLY, WHERE EVERYONE INVOLVED HAS COMPLETE F*CKING IMMUNITY??? Add to that the fact that the disease itself has a 99.99% survival rate. This isn't like some Anthrax disease where if you don't take SOMETHING you're going to die anyway -- which is what the PREP Act is all about. If my employer requires that I take this experimental drug, I will say, "Sure, as soon as the CEO signs this liability form making the company liable for any side effects (or my death) as a result of my taking this experimental drug. The side effects include blood clotting, heart inflammation, death, or any other health issue that we are currently unaware of, NOW OR IN THE FUTURE."
Someone’s about to be unemployed. Enjoy the $300 a month.

This is the plan.
F500 company. I just knew they would pull this shite.

Good time to start some new unions.

To which he replies “you’re fired”.
Also, good luck with getting any court to enforce your “waiver” accepting liability for all future medical issues. Not that your employer would be liable anyways.

I didn’t even think about that. Unions should be at the forefront of this issue in trying to recruit all sorts of workers to join in order to fight any mandate. And this can also serve as a catalyst to get employers to stop issuing mandates.

Seriously, stop giving your completely f*cking moronic legal advice. You might be one of the most ignorant motherf*ckers I’ve ever come across on the Internet. Pretty much everything you’ve posted is f*cking garbage.

They will not sign that and will wish you good luck on your job search as they escort you out of the building

I don’t know why MMauler likes to post comments like he’s holding all the cards, and that he’s going to put others in their place.
Does he not understand that he’s an employee, with limited rights and ability to make demands?
Employers are holding all the cards right now. The exception is if the population decides to go “scorched earth”, with everyone quitting and staying unemployed, then the employers hands will be tied and they will be begging and pleading for MMauler to come back to work for them.
And this will never happen.

You morons have no idea where I work, what state I work in, whether I’m covered by a collective-bargaining agreement, or any other aspects of my employment and yet you’re going to sit here and give me legal advice about my employment as though you are the definitive authority.
Yeah, I think I’ll refrain from taking the advice of complete f*cking idiots who don't have a f*cking clue.

You wouldn’t be bleeding all over the thread if you had a CBA, contract with terms addressing this, or similar situation. You’re losing your mind because you don’t have any of those protections in place.
But for funsies, go ahead and tell us what state you work in.

I don’t give out any personal information on this board. Let’s just say, I’ve been working for the same company for over 20 years and my position is more than secure.

That may happen, but if enough people refuse the vaccine, it'll bite a lot of those companies hard.

This is 100% true. Which is why I suspect this is all part of the effort to crush our country and usher in the Great Reset BS.
