No. The media is not credible.
And that’s a big reason why vaccines aren’t as popular as they should be. They can share the benefits of getting the vaccine every day but no one trusts them.

Oh no indeed! Foxnews is not nearly as biased as CNN, for example. Foxnews has all kind of right wing shows on, for sure, but their news show is the most balanced I've seen. CNN's news is heavily propoganda for the Democrats.

The only reason Fox is any different is because the spin they put on things is more likely to be how we want to see the world. They're just as crooked.

If you want a good read on why not to trust the MSM, read “BIAS” by Bernard Goldberg. It’s an older piece, but it will give you a pretty good understanding of the bias in the media from a true insider’s perspective. Author is a lifelong Democrat FWIW, and he peals the layers off pretty good.

It's all so blatantly fake at this point, it is really hard to watch. If some major news event is going on, I'll sometimes watch just to be abreast of it while knowing that there is important info not being reported and that what is being reported is being twisted like a titty in the backseat with a 16 yr old.
I dont tune in to the daily pandemic/"insurrection"/ climate panic propaganda. That product is just like watching a drawstring doll say the same pre-recorded bullshite over and over.

Both Fox News and CNN are complete shite shows for propaganda. Don’t believe one word either says.
Local news tend to be whatever local politicians are pumping through to cover a narrative.
I haven’t watched the news in several years outside of weather or sports.

CNN/MNSBC/WaPo/NYT are just Operation Mockingbird at this point for corrupt intelligence agencies. I don't even really mind unhinged leftists sites like The Young Turks. At least people know what they're getting. But, my parents don't understand that Maddow is bullshitting them. There are some honest old school progressives out there like Glenn Greenwald, Matt Taibbi, Aaron Mate, and Jimmy Dore that are worth following. But, they run in the same circles because corporate media won't touch them and labels them Russian disinformation.
It's not much better on the right. I think Hannity is playing to his audience and laughs with liberals after work. Tucker is decent, but I'm not sure if controlled. Bongino seems honest enough. That's about it, other than some decent follows like Sundance at CTH or TechnoFog twitter.

I don't watch the national news and only watch the local newscast for weather and sports. News outlets has become like politicians, you can't trust anything they say.

None of these people are journalists. They're entertainers paid to entertain with their opinions. Maddow isn't a journalist, she's the same thing. And that's part of the problem. These channels put these shite stirrers in the prime time slots to tell their viewers it's okay to hold the opinions they have.
