they are supposed to be very safe and reliable vehicles.

i thought I read somewhere that if a tire is to go out you have to replace all of them at the same time.

i see a lot of liberals, lbqt and tree hugging people driving them.

It’s a good car.

For $25k you are going to be in a stripped down model.

Good vehicle. Not good for pulling your trailer.

My first cousin swears by them. That's all she drives. Good for the hills and gulleys of Western PA.

The missus and I have owned 3 Subarus. The current one is a 2014 Outback. It’s been reliable and economical. Great car. The only sticker is a NRA sticker.

I asked about them a few months ago and there were 3 or 4 pages of recycled lesbian jokes. I plan on purchasing one as soon as my current vehicle kicks the bucket

The wife, no pics, has been driving One for 5 years now. Been married 25 years. She voted for Trump, prefers the taste of fresh venison and carries a small .380. Very reliable car and handles extremely well on bad roads and in bad weather.

We had one for three years before upgrading to the Ascent. Very good vehicle and regardless what anybody here says, pretty versatile for a mid market SUV. AWD plus the V6 (don’t make any more) was a sure winner.

My company uses Subaru for sales vehicles. I’ve had an 18’ & currently drive a ‘20. Great all around wagon. That’s what it is…a lifted wagon with all wheel drive.
The eye-sight safety suite is amazing & has saved me from multiple small fender-benders. It has plenty of room in back for kids & gets excellent mpg. The new upgraded infotainment for the ‘20 model year (while buggy at first) is excellent & as big as the new RAMs screen.
The all wheel drive is very handy, especially during wet weather & the Feb Snowpocalypse in Louisiana. I was moving down the road on completely covered snow/ice roads with confidence. The cross bars on top can be moved in place to support cargo box , bike or kayak rack like I have….very cool.
The only thing I don’t like is the CVT transmission, .it’s never given me any issues but I just don’t like them in general & I don’t think they last as long. Other than that I Highly recommend….get certified.

If you are a white guy with dreadlocks who communes with trees and grasses, then, yes, this is the car for you.

I have a 2018 Outback and it’s the best car I’ve ever had. The driver assistance features are so good that it feels weird and even dangerous to drive a car without them.

Be prepared to own it for a long time. My friend has a 90's model his wife has driven since new...they've driven it all over N Amer...approaching 400K miles...they can't get rid of it, has alot of meaning to the fam...very reliable other than typical maintenance.

No way would I buy a Subaru. His two yr old Subaru is stuck at the dealer waiting for the short block to be replaced due to burning oil.

It has been weeks. Dealer told him they have two other cars ahead of him that are also having the short block replaced.

Been in a couple. The Interiors remind me of 70’s & 80’s Toyota’s because they feel kind of cheap, Spartan and like they’ll eventually rattle and squeak at some point. The motor is buzzy sounding like a can of muffled bees are stuck in the rear bumper. It isn’t something I could see myself paying money for.
