I’m not saying mulkey isn’t a better coach. My reference is to what she’s building from, and it’s quite a shite heap of a program currently.

It takes more than just plugging players in. You have to change the culture. She’s not going to come in year 1 and win a championship

Which still won’t take as long as it does in football. Wade had us in the Sweet-16 2 years after being bottom of the SEC with a completely different roster.
It also wasn’t really the Xs and Os with Nikki, she was just an abominable recruiter in the South. So the argument could be made that it really isn’t a cultural issue as much as it is a talent issue with WBB.
