No idea, but Sam's doesn't check ID. Wife uses my card and vice versa. That's using self-checkout, so YMMV.

No. Well, at least it's not "legal". My girlfriend used mine and while they still checked her out they told her that wasn't allowed.

Pretty sure the credit/debit card you pay with has to match the name on the membership card. If you pay with cash then go for it
