LSU's leadership has clearly sucked and Les Miles was obviously a complete fraud, but she said things got so bad with Les that she would hide under her desk when she knew he was coming. REALLY?? You're a grown-arse woman. I think all of these motherfrickers sound nuts. And that is truly sad.

If all this shite was going on, then she should have continued to raise hell until the problems were dealt with or until she was fired. Then she could have went to the media and got an attorney if they did that and didn't fix the problem. Otherwise, she just decided to keep on working and ignoring gigantic problems in the University she represents as a professional (even if everyone around her and superiors were not meeting their professional expectations).

She is part of the AD, has been for decades. She canvassed, culled, interviewed and hired the girls while pulling a paycheck and benefits for years.

She did her job. No one should be surprised that attractive girls are working in the athletic department. Unless I missed that part, Nowhere did Sharon claim she was sexually harassed or abused.
She said Les wanted her to hire pretty girls and she was offended and that also at times her superiors were mean to her.

The amount of people here defending the athletic dept. is sickening. They need to clean house top to bottom, period.
Not one of these Lumps (LSU Gump) has ever stepped foot in an LSU Hall, except maybe to take a whizz in a bathroom before a football game. (If they managed to find one that was unlocked)

When I was in high school, despite what those on the PT may think, I was pretty smart, and I was recruited / given academic scholarship offers to a number of colleges.
Several of them invited me to come spend the weekend on campus.
Every single one that had me come spend the weekend, had a host that was a rather attractive female. Now, I stayed in a boys dorm... but the person who showed me around, brought me to bars in the evenings, etc - rather attractive females.
Now, some of the other stuff about Les? Terrible. And if Verge really was his protector... y'all still think Verge is one of the good guys?

I don't believe everyone in the AD is at fault here, but I'm fine cleaning house. If a few "innocents" are caught in the process, they will find another job soon enough.

A) Yes- Les, Sharon, Alleva, et. al. all sought to hire pretty girls for recruiting purposes. As does all football programs. That isn't the issue nor is it disputed. Yes- Lewis was not only part of that but was in charge of it... for a time... which leads me to (B).
B) Les wanted control over that after the 2011 season, and got it. So his intent was to hire girls with the physical traits he personally preferred. In addition, if they didn't suit his personal tastes and were already employed he sought to have them fired and/or hours reduced. This put him at odds with Lewis for several, not just one, obvious reasons. The big reason is (C)...
C) Les proceeded, after insisting and taking control of the hiring of these women, to sexually harass and in one case unproved and denied by Les sexually assault one (a kiss).
So it isn't about hiring pretty girls. It's about hiring pretty girls who fit one man's tastes and then to try and mack on them at his on-campus pimp pad.
ETA: and for those who think Sharon sat by silently and let this happen... you bet your arse she was a big part, out of the public eye, on the suppressed report in 2013 that led to Alleva recommending to FKA/BoS that Les be fired with cause. She did her part. Maybe not perfectly, definitely not effectively, but she fought the current until it started to drag her down. And she went out of her way to protect (via advice/teaching, mother-henning) recruits as to not get caught up in such things when it was "available" to them. It was the coaches (specifically Les) and admin (specifically Verge) that she wasn't able to effect change.
